WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT CHARGES?

The package may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other changes as a result of local legislation or customs once the package reaches its destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over and cannot take responsibility for local customs charges. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We currently only offer detailed tracking information for large orders. Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail and we are only able to track whether the item has been delivered. We aim to send all in-stock items within 24 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK. We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Some parcels, particularly those sent for international orders, will require a signature on receipt. We advise you assume that someone will need to be available to receive the parcel. If the parcel is not signed for and is returned to us as a result, the recipient will be notified and payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of redelivery or collection. If you experience your parcel going missing, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with Royal Mail or DHL to attempt to track down the parcel.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If an item you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please quote your name and order number when contacting us. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
